We bought a new house through Curo 3

We bought a new house through Curo 3 months ago and we had an ongoing issue with our front door Kelly from Curo dealt with our issue with no fuss and once the problem had been identified she arranged for a new improved door to be fitted free of charge This was installed yesterday and we are very happy with the result and with the way this has been handled

Terri Underhill is outstanding

Terri Underhill is outstanding She goes above and beyond for me This week Terri and Mark Paignton worked amazingly to get my shower seat in my wet room raised The height is better for me to now manage and the carers quite agree I can rely on Terri to help support me stay independent in my home in extra care

Great customer service and reliable

Barrie Giles visited my property a few weeks ago to fix window handles at my property as with age had become unable to open Carries fixed the handles that were broken and another that he identified was likely to old wear and not work imminently Impressed by how efficiently he work and that his work area was left tidy Whilst at my property I asked him to look at flaking paint that I have around a bedroom and bathroom window which despite painting kept flaking off Barrie explained what he thought the issue was and said that he would raise a job for the work to be done A job was booked for today and the preparation and the plan confirmed for the repair agreed I m happy to give this review as great customer service fab job and the type of person I would consider an asset to the organisation he works for

We had are kitchen ripped out and new put in and can not fault the guys that come and in cracked straight on with it Always very polite and great full They guys that done all the work was Andy smith jack willcox James Mitchell Terry veale and Cydney Bruce in the office for getting it done so quick after getting let down by Jcg week starting 1st July 2024

After a lot of hassle with my smoke alaram

After a lot of hassle with my smoke alarms Richard Curtis property safetyand Sam Farrugia property safetyCame yesterday and moved the smoke alarm in my lounge to the proper position near the window not where it had originally been put by the contracters which was 4 feet from the kitchen and kept going off even though there was no smoke or fire They came on time were very polite took care that there was minimal mess cleared up and are a real credit to their team and curo ten out of ten for these two

Danny young was amazing fitted my bathroom really well I m very happy ps also looks like Elliot stabler from svu law n order Jordan short did the flooring really well too Couldn t have asked for better service

This is a review of the service I received from Ian as recognition of his professionalism throughout the process When you are dealing with a long and frustrating complaint with Curo the only thing that can ease the pain is someone who is responsive polite and empathetic about the situation Ian is all of these things and is a great credit to Curo

I ve had a great experience here with Terri underhill ever since I came here the end of October 2023 I ve had occasion to call on her for a few things She has helped with several adaptations in the bathroom amending my toilet height and she helped me to get Curo to renew my flooring She is always ready to give me time and talk She is always in high demand but always ready to help me I was isolated for so long but since coming here I have joined in plenty of social activities including quizzes milkshake event and plenty of others I appreciate the voluntary work here I love that and it is my greatest thing here We had such fun at Christmas Thank you Terri for all your help
