Not very flexible
If you are someone that knows absolutely nothing or very little about calories this isnt a diet for you I got an e-book with foods in different caloric categories There was no coaching about how many calories daily I should be eating Now as far as the cycling part It was as generic as could be Warm up ride your bike for an allotted amount of time and cool down I knew as soon as I received my information that I had wasted my money Google could produce more helpful information and thats free We work hard for our money and I dont want to see another person be as disappointed as I was
