The set up of the table was easy and it was packaged very well Unfortunately the colour of the table was a lot yellower than shown on the site and there are visible repairs on the table oh what I presume is chips in the wood The mechanism to extend is very easy to use Overall it is a good table but the small defects are glaring

This is an edit to my original one star review Justine from the online chat was helpful However Daals as an overall first experience has not been fully satisfactory A customer me having to chase for tracking on an item that was supposed to be delivered today only to be told it is delayed and will need to rearrange a dispatch time is totally unacceptable I paid 39 98 for express delivery which I have now been told it will be refunded thank you I still believe your express delivery which is 5 working days is pretty ridiculous So just take that as honest feedback Communication was poor from yours couriers part I have now received my goods One day after the given delivery date and I must say I am very happy with the quality look of my purchase You have redeemed yourselves and earned a couple of extra stars however there are still things that need to be addressed in my opinion

Im sure the cabinet was beautiful but we had changed our mind on a different one It meant it cost me 50 to post it back This is the only reason i wouldn t buy from here again There items do look very nice so be a 100 before you order as its not like others shops that its free returns or a taken for administration costs You have to get your own couriers

The package was well protected and instructions for putting it together clear It looks great It did arrive later than initially promised and they only gave me this information when I chased it

The product itself is 5 stars The customer experience after purchase around delivery is poor no communication after purchasing about expected delivery date only a deliver by X date We were given less than 24 hours notice of delivery with zero option to change or amend to ensure we were at home to collect A text message at 5am for deliver at 7am that same day does not help

The mirror I ordered has an imperfection on it it appears like it is to much hassle to change it so it looks like I will just have to put up with it Not that impressed though for the money it cost

Not the best quality for stools over 100 each Gold band at the bottom looks like it had been masked off painted and then taped leaving a poor finish line The covering is well done and seems nice But I was disappointed with the gold paint

I still do not have my order although delivery is showing as by 24th November which was last week Update - it arrived on 1st December which is not within the advertised timeframe however I wasn t given any advance notice of this Luckily I was in as there s a failed delivery fee The piece is lovely though so I have updated my rating to reflect this

The unit i bought is very well made and good quality but too difficult to put together there are no written instructions only pictures which don t explain everything

Shipping was a lot faster than I anticipated which was great The chest of drawers I d order sadly was a bit of a pain to put together but I got there in the end The manual could have been a bit more clear The illustrations were tiny and lacked details Most unfortunately though one of the 5 drawers has a slightly different shade of white which is rather annoying at that price For that we are holding off from buying the matching bedside tables
