Amazing product quality

The product is amazing quality however the delivery service isn t great I couldn t pick a day you get a call one day before quite late to tell you it ll be coming tomorrow The delivery frame was then wrong and I had to keep calling on the day to get updates as it was a late delivery

Good looking wardrobe

This looks good once assembled but it took husband and son much longer than expected- very capable people no arguments just that some things didn t line up and instructions could have been clearer Look the wardrobe looks good but so far it has had clothes put in it It hasn t been opened and closed many times so this review is based on how easy it was to assemble the quality of the item and its appearance A little overpriced considering the materials too

Good quality product - items well labelled for construction took much longer to construct than suggested and needed plenty of floor space

Great products at good price

I ordered a couple of the Nordic styled Frances items They arrived even sooner than expected Assembly took quite a while and there were some issues but customer service responded well and spare parts were dispatched I would definitely consider purchasing from Daals again

Chair excellent - packaging very poor

I am very pleased with the chair I am very disappointed with the packaging The box had to be delivered upside-down as the bottom was completely split open I reported this and was told to email photographs of the situation As I do not know how to do this I carefully opened the box and to my relief the chair was undamaged I have taken photographs and when I learn how to send them I will do so

Fast delivery

Fast delivery arrived on time as advised driver extremely helpful Took 30 mins to put together quite easily only downside bottom cushions very flat as vacuum packed hoping they fill out in couple of days

Helpful returns

Received a damaged item which I raised with the customer services team Maya on the customer services team was really helpful and understanding She helped organise a collection for these items but also gave me other alternatives such as a replacement seat I went with a return This was organised quickly and collected

Frances Rattan Range

I have ordered three Frances items from Daals I love the look of these pieces I did have some issues with parts but the Comms with customer service was prompt and efficient with spare parts sent swiftly Have received positive remarks from friends and family on the items

Very quick delivery and overall happy with our dining chairs - beautiful colour but one of the 8 is wobbly no matter what we do
