Lovely product but missing part

We have purchased several products from Daals before and very happy this time upon receipt of our sofa once we unboxed one of the bubble packages was damaged and had to hunt in box for parts to find one missing So not able to build the sofa so disappointing However email customer services who responded promptly so just waiting for missing item

Products yes delivery no

Firstly I love my coffee table as i do my lounge sideboard previously purchased from Daal However the delivery experience was unacceptably poor When the driver arrived i said i would come down and give him a hand as it s 28kilos When i got to the front door he was driving off having lef to package propped unsafely on the bottom step half blocking the main stairway It was an unmarked white van not the international delivery firm Daal claim to use Therefore the package was not delivered to the address on the package and at 70 years of age plus quad heart bypass i was left to struggle up 2 flights of stairs by myself Needless to say I am unimpressed with that experience

Unacceptably packaged Item ok lazy distributor

The office chair we ordered was acceptable quality for the price It was delivered in an open unsealed box which had clearly been opened and folded shut by tucking the four corners into each other with no sealing tape - had the item been bought and returned previously There was a large gaping 2-inch hole which allowed some rain to get in We couldn t be bothered to send it back

Disappointed expeience But got response now

Got a broken mirror with my table i have emailed with pics and proofs called them for reminder I appreciate that they have responded now i hope they will swap my broken mirror soon

Lovely desk however disappointed as the corner was chipped

Hi the desk I purchased is lovely sturdy and was delivered promptly I haven t given 5 stars as it was disappointly chipped on the corner Other than that a beautiful desk

Returns are difficult and expensive meaning buying is quite a gamble

The products seem good quality for a reasonable price but the returns policy is awful Very difficult if you buy online to know what something looks like in the room but if what you ve bought doesn t work for you you have to arrange your own courier to return the items - very difficult and expensive for items like furniture Puts me off buying from Daals again

Company is good except for returns

Company is good except for returns process Ordered a sofa which was great price and quick delivery which was needed However the colour on the grey Brigette sofa is slightly off and a bit of a green shade therefore would ideally return the sofa However as you have to arrange and pay for your own return it is not worth sending it back Had good experiences of customer service Would be hesitant to order again unless absolutely certain I would keep

2 weeks late delivery with no

2 weeks late delivery with no communication The product is great and I love my items But was told delivery date would be a lot sooner than it was which I would have taken better if they contacted me but I had to contact them on 3 occasions

Good product

Good product very good dimensions firmness and quality Building was easy enough but there s always some type of feeling you ll have when you pay decent sofa prices yet still have to build yourself Only real issue is there was a hole in footrest which we took pictures of but is just about livable with when facing sofa Would have been a 4 or 5 star had it there been no hole Open to amend to 5 star should we be offered a reasonable form of compensation
