Great wardrobe comms re Delivery poor

Great wardrobe but could have included soft close hinges considering the price The communication on delivery was terrible When I ordered I was told delivery by Friday 8 December But I only received delivery information on this date to deliver the Tuesday after and if you weren t in they d charge you 30

Delivery and ordering was great but

Delivery and ordering was great but hubby and I both found putting the sofa bed together quite trying and we still aren t happy with one side It really was tough and we are well versed in furniture assembly over the last 25 plus years We struggled a bit Finishes product looks awesome but I still think some screws are not exactly aligned

Great if a little inefficient

Really easy to order I opted for standard delivery which said the item would likely be delivered within about two weeks but the following morning I had a text saying the order would be delivered that day This would have been great but I wasn t at home so had to reschedule The person I spoke to said the order would have to be passed back to a different team to arrange a new date and that could take up to 10 working days which seemed a little inefficient to me Anyway the order was sent a few days later Delivery driver was great called before arriving which was much appreciated as they arrived before 7am so I was still in bed

Nice products with competitive prices Delivery by Jay went very smoothly Additionally very good communication with the team However you have to take care of the return not only to pay but also to organise it that can be difficult due to the weight volume of the parcels

Great Bed

Exactly as described gave us a rough estimation date for delivery which was met thereabouts Generally really really pleased with our new bed frame and daals My only let down was that they told us with less than 24hrs notice to expect the bed the next day or we would get charged 30 for redelivery Luckily I managed to sort out working from home but that wouldn t always be possible

The delivery came on time and the product came complete as I expected it to come The only downfall was that the delivery man couldn t take the ottoman bed that I ordered upstairs because the company isn t insured for them to carry heavy items on staircases Other than that everything else was perfect Highly recommend this product my son loves the LED light thats on the headboard Thank you

Easy to search for required items

Easy to search for required items the payment section allows PayPal and is quite efficient However the site reponse times were a little slow but it may have been over loaded at the time my broadband is 64mbs

Lovely chairs for a fantastic price

I ordered some chairs before Xmas and they did arrive a bit late but I got a refund for the delivery so all was fine The chairs are lovely great quality for a fantastic price really happy about them

Quick delivery

Goods arrived on time and were all good Flat pack Richmond bedsides and chest of drawers Instructions underestimated time to build took a lot longer The drawers could slide in and out easier but otherwise look great

Office chair was sturdy and comfortable when complete Difficult to follow some aspects of assembly and the bolts seemed short - I had to retighten after two days
