The communication from order to delivery was I have to say outstanding also it said it would be seven working days but actually the product arrived two days later the driver also called me on the morning to say what time he was arriving Well done to the team

My order- Richmond dressing table and bedside table and champagne headboard gold leg double bedI absolutely love my bedroom suite It was so easy to place the order and most of my bedroom arrived pronto and the delivery experience was pretty painless and swift with loads of communication Email confirmation and texts and just before delivery complimentary calls from driver It was great My dressing table was on preorder and didn t get delivered on time- I had to cal and remind - the It got shipped out Otherwise- I am a very satisfied customer Love it

Can t recommend the Customer Services enough - prompt response and they managed to deliver the drinks trolley in time for our celebration without any additional payment which l did offer Trolley was lovely too so a top experience
