When the delivery service messed up the first time box that arrived was wide open and bashed about so I rejected it Daals immediately offered to resend which they did but this time it never arrived Again Daals said they would refund or we could try for a 3rd time and it then arrived in an intact box Great service

Excellent service chair delivered within 24 hours of order being placed Bought for a Christmas present for our Son in Law who now works from home He is delighted with the chair Easy to ensemble and good quality He says it is very comfortable and has adjusted it to his needs he is 6 4 Would have no hesitation on recommending

Looks stunning in their new home

Our daughter and sin in law moved into their new build home after their wedding in June My daughter showed me the furniture they were saving for on this site So her dad and I and her 2 brothers decided to buy the TV unit for them for Christmas Ordering was easy and update emails came and the item arrived when promised a week before Christmas They were delighted It comes flat packed and our son in law had no trouble assembling it and it looks stunning in their lounge They are saving up to buy additional matching pieces

Easy to use the app and the live chat function is brilliant I wasn t going to be available in the delivery period but the item I wanted was low stock I was able to put in a request for delayed delivery through the chat function and James who dealt with my query was super helpful

I was very impressed regarding the whole experience but I was not at all impressed to receive a Text at 4 30am to advise that my furniture would be delivered between 6 30am and 9 30amIt actually arrived about 9 15am and I was anxious for the rest of the night and stayed awake in case it should disturb my immediate neighbours
