Great company with amazing customer service

I placed my order the day after Boxing Day By the afternoon I had a call from Daals to say they could deliver the next day By 7 30am the next morning I received my new dining table Absolutely amazing service The table was so easy to assemble and I absolutely love it I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Daals again or recommending them to others

Dining chairs Beautiful reasonably priced

Easy to order the delivery was super fast and the chairs I ordered were beautiful The photos did not do the chairs justice I was apprehensive about what the quality would be as other chairs I researched were twice the price but I was not dissapointed Free delivery and optional payment plans were an added bonus Very very happy with my purchase

Very pleased with entire transaction

Very pleased with the table and chairs I ordered I wanted a 110 cm diameter table which is a bit like rocking horse muck Easy to search their web site even with a slightly slow response time Their communications regarding delivery were excellent with emails and texts as well as links to enable monitoring of progress within the 3 hour window The delivery driver then phoned 15 minutes before arrival All items well packed and no damage at all Excellent

Great customer service

I love the variety of their furniture very unique and chic pieces Unfortunately I ended up not buying the piece from them only because the cabinet door was not opening to the side that would fit into our room but the people were very helpful and prompt with their replies to my questions

Good customer service nice furniture

The delivery got delayed by two days but I got refunded immediately for the cost of it Customer service was quick to react kind professional and helpful The couch itself is nice and firm and was easy enough to put together
