Terrible correction no customer service
I ordered online a bottle of Daffy s Gin and a painted goblet for my wife s birthday This arrived without any advices when it would be delivered and they had sent a highball glass rather than what I ordered which was a goblet They have a contact page on their website which I informed them of the mistake I did this twice without any reply I then tried to email the shop with their listed email Again no response They also have no phone number available It is very frustrating that they make a mistake and you apparently can t speak to them Not good

All is well now
I have to update my previous review on shortcomings of communication with this company Their Managing director has explained the problem occurred due to a staff changeover They very quickly thereafter corrected the incorrect order and I have subsequently ordered more goods and everything is fine with product delivery and communication now They have even offered me a discount for further purchases which I certainly will take up All good including great gin Thanks Daffy s
