I bought some clothes from their site I need to return them the procedure requires sending an email to request the return label They did not respond I also contacted them on instagram and they did not provide me with assistance Do not trust them There is no customer support

I purchased a pair of trousers and I live in the UK They didn t fit properly so I wanted to return them only to be told I d have to send them back to Bali and cover the cost myself This is despite the fact that their website clearly states they provide return labels apparently only for the US Had I known this I would never have made the purchase Weeks later they emailed me with a European address but still expected me to pay for the return label Absolutely ridiculous
