Slight issue but resolved

Ordered 6 cinema seats they arrived were put together by the company s delivery team etc Realised the plug for the cinema seats was a Europlug flat two pole pins rather than the correct plug 3 pin plug Directly contacted Delux Deco explaining the issue They acted promptly and the correct plugs were delivered the following day Cinema seats are a complete match to the photos on the website and quality is above expectation Small issue but was resolved quickly

All good lost one star as was 16 weeks from ordering to delivery would have left 4 5 but no option for 4 5 probably shipping rather than Delux decor delivery team were excellent and the transaction was nice and smooth 4 2 clio sofas look to be of good quality and match the photo s exactly Sofas are nice and firm and the colour is perfect good comms by email but the web page on viewing order never moved off of processing

I purchased the Bellini Modular sofa

I purchased the Bellini Modular sofa It arrived yesterday and was delighted Lovely Matt velvet quality build and comfort Second sofa brought from DD the best quality for the best price I looked everywhere and couldn t find anything for my budget like this company RAN was my sales person and he remembered me from before I have a fractured back and had to have a sofa that would accommodate that he went out of his way above and beyond testing the support etc and the different materials for me as I also have pets I think my sofa took max 5 weeks to arrive would only use this company 5plus stars for product and lovely sales person I trusted him so much and he was that thorough I didn t even need to visit to pick my sofa out Thank you so much DD

Great service Great product

Really pleased with the Camargue sofa I received A friend has one and recommended I call Colin Exceptionally helpful from the beginning including virtual tours to show different options Never tired of my dithering Everything from ease of payment to status updates were effortless Delivery guys were gents End product is exceptional Couldn t be more pleased Very comfortable Fabric looks durable but has a silky feel Color is awesome Highly recommended

Cinema Seats and Sofas

Having looked around for cinema seats for a while we came across Delux Deco and visited their lovely showroom As well as a good range of cinema seats they had a large selection of high quality sofas on display The guys were incredibly knowledgable and there was zero pressure to buy We ended up buying 7 cinema seats a large Camargue U shaped sofa and a smaller 2 seater Odense sofa Delivery was well organised and the lads did a great job unloading and setting everything up in the house We have just been back to buy another Odense sofa These are high quality products at mid range prices - we wouldn t buy from anyone else now that we have found Delux Deco

Great help from the Delux Deco Team to ensure we ordered correctly samples posted with returns envelope Kept informed of shipment details and delivery was on time and furniture delivered and set up in room of our choice by a helpful crew

Was in need of a new sofa

Was in need of a new sofa due to lockdown and stores being closed we weren t able to visit the showroom The staff directed us towards a video facetime call salesperson demonstrating the recliners and other sofas different fabric samples and gave some recommendations Really great service made it much easier for us Now have the sofa and am glad we put our trust in delux deco Many thanks

Utterly perfect sofas and customer service

A genuinely fantastic service and quality sofas I am a devoted Loaf fan and recently spent too much on two Loaf sofas that just weren t right I was wary of DeluxDeco not having heard of them and not able to visit the show room I eventually purchased two sofas the Bevello range They are stunning absolutely perfect Beautifully wrapped delivered bang on time and the whole customer service was outstanding Don t be put off by not knowing them I m never shopping elsewhere for sofas and chairs again

Helpful to envisage the suite via live

Helpful to envisage the suite via live video link without having to travel to see what it looks like Graham was very helpful in pointing out all the dimensions with regard to the adjustable headrests and our own room shape The suite was delivered ahead of time and the two delivery men worked very hard to carry them up to our living room via some tricky stairs They also assembled the suite and took away the packing

Great experience with Delux Deco on the purchase of my new cinema seats From initial videos on WhatsApp to a visit of their showroom Every thing was brilliant Ran was always on hand if I needed to ask any questions And to top it off the seats are brilliant
