A premium product fit for purpose

A premium product at a premium price but the whole process was well informed helpful and painless After owning several chairs that were supposed be fit for purpose my mum now has a comfortable and versatile chair that she s happy with and does all the things that she needs it to do It will make a huge difference to her daily life Thanks to everyone at Delux Deco it s very much appreciated

Best sofa shop

The showroom had great choices with a variety of prices Both the sales reps we spoke to were helpful knowledgable and no upselling which made us feel more comfortable and allowed us to choose at our own pace and what we actually wanted to buy The sofa was delivered within the given timeline and was a clean efficient delivery The delivery men were polite and helpful and set it all up for us which was very appreciated The sofa looks amazing and very comfortable Would definitely recommend and hope to go back in the future

Quality sofa received on time by superb delivery guys Was a little nervous as we bought remotely via video call but couldn t be more pleased with it

A stand out company

I wanted to write a review as this is a stand out company I visited the Windsor show room which I would highly recommend as seeing the seats in their bespoke environment really helped me make my choice The salesman was knowledgeable and I felt he was sincere in advising me rather than just pushing for a sale I ordered six Universal Ultimate 3 cinema seats and accessories and a deal was put together Shipping took a little longer than expected but Natasha was brilliant at providing me the information I needed The delivery team were exemplary The seats are now in place they ooze quality and showcase the room Purchasing from Delux Deco was a trouble free and pleasant experience

Great service - start to finish

Travelled in person from Leeds to look at the sofas we were interested in Ranveer gave us all the time we needed and answered our questions The order was placed that weekend with further input from Ranveer The sofas have now arrived and are exactly as advertised The fitters were excellent on the day of delivery We have already measured up the conservatory and will be placing another order through Delux Deco

we are delighted with our choice of sofa leather is lovely soft and very comfortable to sit on A great service from the shop to delivery with regular updates on production and transport delivery guys were so good only one issue of having to keep the cardboard boxes as its is no box no return policy we are okay we have a garden shed but if we were in a flat it would be a storage issue as the boxes are huge

Bought large cinema room sofas Extensive range of products in showroom and very knowledgeable and helpful staff who understood the various options and specs Delivery from China was exactly in line with timescales stated 10-13 weeks and the service delivered and set up to room Very impressive service and products are high quality Would highly recommend

Cinema seats

I bought seven cinema seats from Delux Deco When I went to the showroom Graham was very helpful and informative about the different products they had on offer Because I was building my cinema room the process went on for quite a while and I visited the store lots of times Graham was very patient with me whilst I made my decision and there was no pressure Once the order was made I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and I am very pleased with my purchase I would highly recommend Delux Deco for their wonderful service

Great company fantastic product

Great company to deal with Very professional We were kept well informed of the progress of the order We ordered modular leather sofas which were imported from Italy It took 5 months to make them But well worth the wait They are simply gorgeous and extremely well made As good as branded possibly better Once they arrived the sofas were delivered and installed professionally Do not hesitate to deal with this company Thanks Ranvir

Perfect fit

I was pleased with the remote support guidance on the product and precise fit of the sofa following the module breakdown fabric and samples list being supplied The fit was perfect for the room and the installation team were great and respectful wearing shoe covers and tidying up after themselves I would thoroughly recommend the services of Delux Deco and their team is more than happy to help throughout the process
