I live in the Channel Islands Jersey After renovating my home I wanted a stand out sofa however living on a small island is often difficult with choice So I found Delux Deco via a Google search I contacted them and they were so helpful I had seen an amazing velvet green modular sofa on their site they helped with a sample and even sorted out my shipping for me to Jersey They have been absolutely brilliant and I highly recommend using them Everyone that nips is loves our sofa So glad I contacted the them

Delux Deco you nailed it

It was lovely to deal with Delux Deco They have a wide range of top-end sofas I am pleased with my sofa as it is the most compact corner sofa I ve seen yet very comfortable and fits for my household easily Fitted perfectly as expected in my living room space The support team was very friendly Delivery was within the given time frame and the courier 2-man team was very professional I will definitely be a returning customer for my next order Highly recommended

Very high quality furniture at reasonable cost both Grahame and Colin are very helpful pre-order in sorting out the best option it is a decision really easy to get wrong for tons of reasons Ian and Dom delivered and assembled the modular sofa this morning very careful and professional in making sure all was good before they left this after driving from Sheffield to Kendal first thing on a Saturday

After being disappointed with one of the large furniture companies we found DeluxDeco online experience was completely different to the larger firm much more personal and staff seemed to care about the details we ordered and waited 12 weeks overall sofas look great and the quality was worth the wait Really happy with it

I have recently bought again from this company reason being i couldn t find anything equivalent elsewhere quality wise On my first purchase i ordered the Camargue very comfortable and neat On my most recent purchase i ordered custom cinema seats which i couldn t be more happy with Great products great staff and great delivery team

We ordered two sofas from Delux Deco

We ordered two sofas from Delux Deco after visiting the store Process was smooth and salespeople great When one of the sofas was unpacked however there was a indent in one leather cushion We got in contact with customer service and they sent us a new piece immediately without extra charges Overall great experience due to the fact that we had been looking for high quality sofas and we got that with the exception of the faulty cushion which was replaced promptly without hassle over the phone

Best customer service very helpful with advice on the best product and design for positioning of cinema seating

Great range and friendly service

knowledgeable staff and excellent range of moden sofas which are super lux - but take a while Got my lovely urban sofa in 13 weeks from order but worth the wait and exceeds my expectations Basic service but everthing was communicated well and products were put togther for me All in all pretty happy and will be back for one of those designer chairs

Thought I should give a review seen some reviews that contradict with my experience Medium sized showroom overall great products would purchase again Ordered the Certosa corner recliner recieved it a few days back Delighted to have finally got the sofa Delivery men delivered with caution and care Unfortunately took 14 weeks but worth the wait
