Don t use this Mickey Mouse company go somewhere and pay full price so that you don t have to wait a year for your order to be completed Did not even get any compensation Customer service is non existent and the owner just cannot be bothered We will never ever use delux deco again and would never ever recommend it to anyone DreadfulCalls and emails because no one ever replies and calls don t get past the call centre that is used to answer phones We received 600 free product You are jokers the 600 free product has no back cushions and is useless despite the fact your last confirmed order to complete the purchase said we were getting three back cushions you only delivered one Still waiting for compensation Don t use this company

We bought a Corner Unit delivered in March 2022 Paid for 2 seats to be Recliners After only 2 Weeks of sitting comfortably one of the Motors on the recliner packed up It is now the end of June 2022 and we cannot get any help from DeluxDeco after many phone calls polite and carefully worded emails they still can t come to fix it We waited 3 months for a visit from their Insurance who just wrote a report and now nearly 4 months on still only have one working recliner and I am So Disappointed I would expect much better service from DeluxDeco they could have helped and fixed it but couldn t be bothered Just to mention - I have never left a bad review on anything else in my life I don t really think its professional but I feel i have been left with no option For 4 500 for a sofa it should not break after 2 Weeks If DeluxeDeco contact speedily fix it now I can take this review down

Could not honour their international policy on shipping I have expressed interest in buying a large mod sofa and they said No as I live in Australia when I asked why they offer international shipping to Anywhere in the world quoting what they state on their website they never responded back Nice way to do business if I could rate their customer service 0 stars I would Update 30 08 2017 That is completely understandable regarding shipping but please remove the information that you do as stated on your shipping link It s misleading to consumers It got our hopes up as we thought you do ship anywhere in the world Thank you

Purchased sofa in January 2021 Sofa was delivered with delay in June 2021 On the delivery was highlighted that sofa was damaged cracked We were offered repair We had to wait 6 months to get replacement part arriving in shipment from China Technician was arranged to perform repair arranged by DD shop Technician advised that there is different type of material used in replacement part sent and did not recommend fitting when I chased it with shop I was then challenged by rude advisor that I refused a repair and advised that should not listed to technician as they say things Unbelievable I am still chasing shop to get my sofa repaired Nearly 9 months after delivery and 13 months after placing an order Poor service and lack of respect to customers

After 2 months delay of delivery we didn t know the worse was about to come 1 Wrong and incomplete sofa set was delivered2 The fabric was damaged due to poor packaging which left visible marks and lines3 The whole measurements and size of the set was wrong and is not what we ordered 4 The sofas were not even proper assembled by the delivery people and one piece is missing 5 The delivery people left all the rubbish of the packaging in the street 6 Drove off ran away witnessed by neighbours without getting any confirmation by usAnd the company is ignoring all these problems and stress that they have caused us and they are forcing us to accept the product that we did not even order

I ordered a sofa for our new house in early August to allow for there delivery lead time of 8 - 10 weeks After about 4 weeks had email stating that safa was being produced then a couple of weeks later an email saying my sofa was ready and awaiting shipping Checked regularly and no change to situation So I emailed requesting requesting update only to be told manufacturer had problem with fabric Strange And that my sofa will not be delivered until first week December Will be asking credit card company to obtain refund Also advise everyone to avoid this company

Further to the complete dissatisfaction expressed in my last review our less than 6 months old sofa is already showing signs of poor workmanship with one of the cushion buttons having detached leaving the leather on one of the base cushions very saggy As my communications to Delux Deco appear to be routinely ignored i ll not bother again This sofa will be removed from my house and relegated to a rental property I ll seek a new leather sofa elsewhere

Very poor customer service You will spend lot of time emailing them with responses super delayed or no update They have chargeable number Sofa delivery as per contract was max 15 weeks Due to leather issues initially they delayed whole shipment Received sofa after 19 WEEKS after such a long wait the sofa had edges torn they Arranged for homeserve repair which came after weeks and then they mentioned it will be done by manufacturer Trying to email delux deco but absolutely no response and standard message manufacturer will look into NO compensation provided and no updates u can ever receive

Absolutely the worst company we have ever had the misfortune to try and deal with Ordered 3 sofa totalling more than 6500 After placing the order in January 2022 Due to numerous delays there end but maybe not entirely of their making we eventually took delivery in August From the off the delivery guys were apologetic showing us all manner of faults and took pics to cover themselves Contacted Delux deco of Windsor and trying to be reasonable we said that we would accept repairs to 2 sofas but the third one was beyond repair They were basically no help whatsoever They said they would instruct an laughable home ser independent engineer to do an inspection and repairs Engineer attended completely wrote off the 3rd sofa and carried out repairs to the other 2 His report which he said he would also send to us condemned the 3rd sofa and additional works was needed to the other 2 A week later after numerous emails and photos to back up our claim Colin from Delux deco informed us the engineer reported a completely different version to what he told us He went on to inform us that Delux Deco policy meant armed with the very dubious report we must get the sofas repaired We maintained the report must be a farce it would be 10 weeks before ever seeing it and pleaded with them to do the honourable thing and at least replace the 3rd one even though we were deeply unhappy with them all this was when they just totally ignored emails for weeks on end The long and short of it is that Barclaycard got involved Delux Deco still refused a replacement refund Overruling Uk consumer laws Barclays and are Feelings they Stated that still they would have to be repaired Barclays paid for an independent report The company used has done work for the tv prog RIP OFF BRITAIN A true professional gentleman who has been in the industry for over 30 years attended and hold numerous qualifications and honours after serving a 10 year apprenticeship and then working with some of the top names in the industry His report states that the all 3 sofas are of a very poor quality of the better of the 2 sofas the ones we were going to accept repairs on he stated that they were of such poor quality that he would have given them 6 12 months usage before the Velvet material would perish due to the poor quality materials build quality He found 10 faults on those 2 The third one he described as one of the worst sofas he has ever come across He would have refused to even allow it into his home This one he found 24 faults with The faults were derived of manufacturing and transport based issues Delux Deco s customer service is atrocious They try to force poor quality goods and defected goods onto you and hide behind a company well known for providing poor and in factual inspection reports and repairs After waiting 8 months for delivery and worse still having to store these complete waste of space sofas in our home but still being unable to use them for over 4 months whilst trying to get this sorted out is an insult To this day Delux Deco of Windsor have refused Barclaycards attempts to get the monies back However I must say Barclaycard have been superb throughout their customer service second to none and they after receiving the real Independant report have reimbursed us at their cost All in all a very stressful and unpleasant experience
