Great product poor delivery service

We ordered a large corner settee from Deluxdeco and we re pleased that it arrived on time We paid 45 for a platinum delivery service which was to include delivery and assembly The first time they tried to deliver they had only brought half the unit so we refused delivery The second time they delivered the delivery guys refused to assemble the product as their instructions did not include construction probably just as well as I don t think they d have known how to construct We constructed the unit ourselves and did get the 45 delivery charge reimbursed but without an apology for our inconvenience Shame

Thanks so much a stunning sofa Although there was a delay in delivery we are currently renovating so wasn t too much of an issue delay wasn t too long and we did receive updates so 4 The sofa is just great and staff couldn t have helped us more in choosing

We ordered a sofa from Delux Deco mid June had never ordered from them before They kept us up to date with delivery etc which was helpful Received our sofa last week chose to do a custom and love it Very happy

Excellent quality recliner sofas

ive just recieved my lovely monza recliner sofa and its simply gorgeous It took 14 weeks and the delivery guys were fantastic in setting it all up for me Very happy

Brilliant range of sofas and cinema seats went with the paramount cinema seats in black thank you to salesman who helped over the phone Amazing quality seats definitely a luxury piece

You have to keep the packaging

We have to keep all the boxes for the sofa in the event of a return We ordered a large Munich sofa so now our garage is stuffed full of huge cardboard boxes I can t imagine how others do it if they don t have a garage I wish we knew this when we ordered or we would have probably reconsidered

purchased the Camargue from delux deco

purchased the Camargue from delux deco quality and look is superb However when assembled by the delivery team it was slightly damaged emailed and called delux deco who placed an order for the replacement piece immediately Luckily the damage indent on arm wasn t very noticeable and so could get away with it for the time being staff were understanding and apologetic otherwise would be 5

Big fan of many of the products

Big fan of many of the products I d purchased a large Camargue with footstool about a year ago and just recently received my cinema seats from them never been disappointed
