It arrived UK version so I had to buy an adaptor Company said they would give me a refund for 10 of purchase price They did not I ve used it religiously for a month with no change I ve used a Tria in the past with amazing results in significantly less time This is worthless DO NOT BUY

Bad product don t buy it

The article arrived over 2 weeks later than promised The box was damaged and the device cheap plastic did not function There is no adequate respons to my complaint I am afraid that this company sells cheep products from China And I am even more afraid for my money a refund seems unlikely

The one star is for the initial help

The one star is for the initial help but then it all went down hill from there Bought product and it came with the wrong adapter so they sent a discount Bought the correct adaptor but product still did not work Returned via registered post for refund and 3 months later still nothing unable to contact them as they seem to have blocked me Total frauds

Sadly I noticed to late it was a scam Normally I check all reviews on websites this one felt pretty good but that costed me There automaticall custom service reacts fast with a storyline there isn t even a order number available there where I got confused safe you re time and money

I agree with everyone else The company seems like a scam After repeat emails with them they give no information at all and do not refund the money when requested

ABSOLUTE SCAM

If I could give zero stars I would First I notified them that the order was fraudulently made and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money before the item was shipped out They emailed me two days later saying it was too late because the item had shipped even though it did not and no shipping confirmation was sent I contacted PayPal to let them know it was fraud and a scam and they said up a dispute for me Dermao then decided to send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number Once the item arrived I informed them that I wanted to return the product for a full refund that was guaranteed by their 90 Day - No questions asked - Money back guarantee and that since I had not opened the package did not order it AND did not need it then it should be no problem to return it and get my money back They proceeded to try to talk me out of the refund as I kept repeating that I never ordered this product to begin with so I do not want it and I want my money back They then tell me that they want me to send the product to 956 Coffeen Ave Sheridan WY 82801and once the item arrived undamaged they would refund me minus a restocking fee I googled the address because it did not match the New Jersey location that the item was shipped from The address is for a Salvation Army Family Store Donation Center I pointed that out and they said they donate return items to the Salvation Army So you send a product to Wyoming instead of New Jersey where there are also Salvation Army Donation Centers open and available If that s the case then why would you charge me a restocking fee when the item is being sent to a different company in a different state where you bear no cost to restock the item Needless to mention they have not responded and I am now reporting this company as a scam to PayPal in an escalated claim and getting my money back from them They do not follow any of the policies they claim on their website and are dishonest DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY They also are listed as Interactive Ecommerce LLC so if you see that company name listed anywhere else report them and do not purchase anything I have changed all my passwords and cards so this will never happen again 140 was stolen from me
