DESASTER SCAM I paid almost 200 and never received my money back or the product They keep telling me for months that the item is stuck in dhl station but it s not true I am waiting 4 months already so I lost hope but the case is already known and I just want to make sure nobody else has to make such a bad experience with them anymore

Fake garbage Chinese crap Don t buy The product doesn t even have the Dermao name logo on it Feels incredibly cheap Can t believe I feel for this stupid scam Pro tip next time if you can t see the individual reviews on their site it s fake Also if you see ANY positive reviews online it s paid for by them Avoid I regret buying this garbage for my wife Btw you have to pay a 14 euro restocking fee when you return it so DONT BUY THIS GARABE IT DOES NOT WORK

Buyer beware
Unfortunately I did not read the poor reviews before ordering a product from this company They are a scam No tracking number was provided and somehow they changed my post code to an incorrect one After repeated attempts by me to contact them they then claimed that this was the reason for non delivery but then wouldn t respond to my efforts to have it corrected This site should be taken down
