We inherited a Desjoyaux pool when bought an otherwise perfect property It is the only problem with the entire property This pool and specifically the Desjoyaux filtration system is a total disaster and should be avoided at all costs DO NOT INSTALL A DESJOYAUX POOL The primary problem stems from their idiotic filtration system using a cloth sack which you must extract at regular intervals and wash by hand Now imagine that you must filter your pool 14 hours a day and that you must clean the sack every 30 minutes Now imagine you ve done this for the last several hours without seeing any improvement in the pool water quality Now imagine that the flimsy plastic mounting that is necessary to use the filter breaks This is a terrible terrible system If you like yourself do not buy a Desjoyaux pool Now imagine this happens every year when you open your pool and the local Desjoyaux store says they have no advice for you nor any assistance Don t Buy Desjoyaux

DesJoyaux serviceIn 2017 I wrote a completely honest review of my experience with DesJouyaux Pools India Recently they contacted me asking me to remove my review as it is causing them to lose business and that from now on they would be giving me good service I replied that I would be giving good reviews in the future after each interaction with them but that I would not remove my old review as I still think it was an honest one Now I find that they have withdrawn my service and the manager Jayant Patel told me a few minutes ago that the reason is because of my review of 2017 I can t believe that the man actually admitted to blackmailing me without the least hesitation - if this is the philosophy behind this company God help anyone who goes willingly into purchasing their swimming pools

Do not buy Same experience as many here - at 6-7 years the liner gets wrinkled Then the Company claim that you have not managed the pH properly and they will not honour the guarantee Sharks

I visited the shop desjoyaux in Poitiers because the finishing joint has again come away Their technician had sorted it out last year when he was replacing the bathroom grade silicone they had used previously We were given a piece of wood to bang the joint back into place This is not acceptable Now they are saying the joint does not come under the ten year guarantee it has a two year guarantee but even though it was coming away within the two year guarantee and now it s the third year they don t want to know I have asked them to show me where it says the joint is only guaranteed for two years but of course I am still waiting To leave their shop with a piece of wood to repair a fairly new pool is beyond a joke This a fault of their manufacture

Refused to supply the spares

My friend has installed a pool 4 years ago and the pump impeller has become brittle and broken so I requested the Coimbatore dealer to supply the impeller by sending the pump pictures initially he quoted Rs 900 for the impeller and promised to supply later they refused to supply and told that thy will supply only to the buyer and not to any others and told me to tell my friend to contact them it is ridiculious if we purchase the filter from them we have to be a slave of them When my friend contacted them they dictated that it should be brought to them only and nobody else should service it For a new 0 6 hp single phase pump they quoted Rs 1 20 000 whereas the full Pipeless filter set of other company is available Rs 65 000

Never buy Desjoyaux pool

They give a 10-year warranty Liner gets wrinkled and leaking after 6-7 years and they simply blame that water PH wasn t maintained For a patchwork to fix the leak 50k estimate And still you have to empty the pool and refill it yourself Don t ever buy it They say maintenance will be much cheaper than conventional pools but it turns out to be the opposite Everything from them is too costly and not worth I spent 1 8 lakh for a pool cover which simply withered away within 2 years of absolute careful use obviously exposed to open sunlight which it is meant to be

As a high-level paraplegic I require the use of my swimming pool for therapy Because of the terrible install the poor quality of work and the cheap and poor quality equipment I have not been able to use the pool for three years This is a terrible company one of the worst I have ever dealt with and now pursuing legally against them No words can describe the amount of pain and trauma these bunch of unprofessional chumps have caused me They have a total monopoly over the equipment they use it as well so it s not like you can go to any old swimming pool company to fix it Total sharks and I hate them

Unhappy customer

Really unhappy with the installation of our pool as nearly every part was faulty and required either mending or replacing Nearly 2 years later and still not finished I have given up on the service and maintenance as extremely incompetent and unprofessional Do your research thoroughly before choosing a new pool and don t be taken in by the glossy brochures
