Dreadful company

Dreadful company My cashmere cardigan is completely synthetic no labels describing provenance It is the first time I have been sent something substandard and clearly not as described or photographed I tried to return it but it was to some remote village in China and would have cost over 30 How do they get away with such a rip off service Google need to block them

I ordered two cotton tshirts paying 78 quids on 24th october 2024 and finally received a packet after one month exactly with two shirts which I cannot wear they were not what I ordered and not even close to the displayed photos and details I have dropped the idea of complaining I donot have more time to waiste I think they are cheats and conning the people I am sorry that why I have not read the comments and reviews before ordering and paying Please do not buy anything from this company they are total ripoffs

The worst item of clothing I have ever purchased online What i ordered was a Photo of a beautiful leather aviator jacket what I received was literally a bit of fleece thrown together absolutely disgusting No labels whatsoever Luckily I had paid through PayPal so started a dispute after they offered me 25 35 50 off no way was I accepting any amount of discount PayPal intervened and I got a full refund

I ordered a jacket in two different sizes for an event my partner and I were to attend to keep the one that fitted perfectly and return the second Quickly we realised the jackets were not going to be delivered on time I emailed the company to cancel the order that comes from china and although from my order tracking it did not show shipped according to destiny it had been However they said as soon as they arrived I could return them To china Weeks later the jackets arrived I checked the contents contacted customer services to tell them of the return One of many requirements printed off the returns form completed it repackaged the items photographed the package and the form as required And posted it tracked also required for 25 Back to china Where apparently the item gets inspected before a swift refund Nothing No further communication no refund These people are scammers and thieves

Scam Site Avoid

Avoid I have just been scammed I ordered what looked on their website like an asymmetric knitted jumper like Jaki Erika and paid 33 for it in their sale from about 70 What has arrived is a polyester brushed cotton feel sweatshirt that is worth about 5 on a good day It s coming apart on the seams smells has no care label etc etc and bears no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures on the website which I suspect they simply lifted from elsewhere I had no idea it was coming from China before it arrived and am stuck with the loss because there is no return postage - I have to pay to return it recorded mail and frankly I don t think I d ever see my money back but would simply be adding another 8 10 to my losses I m absolutely gutted and furious that I ve been duped

I purchased a 69 jacket from this company Like many others I was shocked at the quality and variance from the picture so I planned to return it Then I looked at the reviews and realised that it was unlikely that I would get any satisfaction if I paid tracked postage I approached my bank to request that they issue a warning to people making payments to this company as they have previously when I have tried to purchase from dodgy companies They advise that until I have tried to return the goods and failed to get a refund they can do nothing If that happens they can claim the cost of the goods directly from the company s bank account Hopefully this may help others seeking to get redress from this scam company

Should be able to give NO STARS or a - Do not buy from this company they are scammers and are selling items fraudently My parcel was supposed to be delivered 6 to 10 days kept emailing telling them it was latethey just said they were busy liars it came from China thats why it took so long was supposed to be GENUINE LEATHER tote bag what eventually came 24 days later was a small cheap plastic hand bag definately NOT leather and not as described This company needs shutting down like every other customer they offered me 25 discount to keep item and save the environment by not shipping back They need reporting under trade description act I have lost 40 at the moment but will see if paypal can help me Don t buy anything from them-close them down

Have just read reviews and wished I had done it before Like many others my cardigans are very poor quality have no labels and the colour is not as portrayed They are supposed to be merino wool and cashmere but don t think this material has ever been near an animal cost too much to return to China
