Not as bad as other reviews Always replied to emails These guys went out of their way to remedy an issue with a smartphone Paid for couriers between countries and completely replaced the item due not to meeting their 14 day obligation Excellent service

I recently purchased a wireless Kogan Backing Camera from Dicksmith I installed the camera screen etc but found that the small receiver unit wouldn t work I tested it with a multi meter and found it had a fault I went online and advised Dicksmith Less than a week later I received a parcel Unbelievably Dicksmith replaced the whole wireless backing camera with a new one Top marks Dicksmith I will definitely buy from you again Mike Liggett NZ

I have always found them excellent I have ordered multiple products which get delivered to New Zealand It does take a while for them to get here sometimes up to a week but the prices and support have been good For one item it failed and they replaced it without too many questions once I had provided evidence that it had indeed failed I would definitely recommend them

I have ordered from them 3 times over the past 5 years or so and every time I have been happy I don t know why everyone else has had such bad experiences and after reading the reviews below I was worried about my recent order However it came within two weeks during the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown and I am very happy I think it is worth the wait as I saved 100 on Dr Marten s shoes
