5 star reviews for this company Please tell me how The claim to of done the work on my mums boiler in the early hours of the morning so I got a local company out to check the boiler and it turns out Dimi didn t do any of the work they said they did I have photographic evidence and a written report to back this up Luckily my mum is getting her money back through the bank Please please please avoid this rip off scamming company Like I said my mums been lucky and getting her money back but the next person might not be soo lucky

Avoid at all cost SCAMARTISTSMy poor mum got robbed in plain daylight by these horrible men they turned up for a drainage job asked for 1250 upfront and was only there an hour and said they d come back and finish the job the next day as it was dark but to tell her it ll be an extra 1400 on top of the 1250 my mum called her friend who is a plumber and was told the job should of cost 400 as the most he rang up these scumbags and they lied and said theyd only charge 150 an hour and hung up the phone now refusing to pay my mum back the money as the job wasn t even completed she even afford them to keep 300 as a gesture of goodwill but nope they are refusing to refund and of course didn t show up to finish the job the next day absolutely scumbags do not use avoid at all costs To reply to his lieing comment he told my mum he was 15 minutes away and was not there for 2 hour and a half hours And even if you work out all the hours you said you did you still overcharged my mum by 400 you robbing thief s If you unblocked the drain then why would you need to come back the next day Make it make sense And to read your other reviews it s not the first time this has happened How can you sleep at night

Don t touch with a bargepole

Avoid at all costs If not you ll be conned out of your hard earned money I was charged what equates to 900 an hour for an hour and a half s work When asking for the majority of my money returning not all an invoice and breakdown of costs and charges I was told repeatedly that I d have to take him to court and that he d paid his older 400 which is more than I paid to have the job properly done by two other professionals in two hours The justification was that the other person had mouths to feed as if that made it alright He ll respond to this with lies but please read other reviews before even considering employing we re not all wrong

1600 invoiced instead of 780

1600 invoiced for the leaking condensation boiler cup after agreed 600 180 for 1 extra details Apparently they forgot to mention the cost of work and replaced 2 details instead of clearly communicated 1 though these details were not critical at all I wanted to believe that it was a mistake and asked to refund at least 500 half of extra charge Their co-owner who was during the visit promised to do this He asked to give few weeks for compensation and stopped replying for calls or messages If it wouldn t be a deliberate overcharge they would compensate part of this as agreed 1000 overcharges is way beyond any professional ethics as well as stop replying after confirming the refund

Good friendly service and communication

Responded to me within minutes and arrived a couple of hours later to replace a broken shower set Done quickly despite needing some additional supplies We noticed a leak and they returned the same evening The 3 plumbers worked tirelessly until very late despite the heat Returned the following day and finished the job Pleasant people cheerful attitude arrived when they said they would kept us updated throughout meticulous and professional job Highly recommended

Polite knowledgeable workers

Two plumbers arrived same day to fix a leaky pipe Promptly identified the source of blockage and worked over a couple of hours to clean out boiler filter and waste pipes from kitchen machines Good communication friendly service and offered useful advice to prevent any recurrence Paid fixed price rather than hourly rate They have promised to return to straighten a screw fitting on filter housing not causing a leak

Dimi was ideal

Polite respectful workers left my bathroom clean and tidy after the work had been completed

Recommend them

Dimi was great attentive and quick He did a thorough job and explained the issue very clearly He was very much appreciated during an emergency super reliable engineer Will be contacting him again for any future jobs
