I was a potential new client Never used this service before First person of contact was Machelle Munroe All I can say is rude abrubt no people skills and very unprofessional Completely taken back by how you can be so rude and unprofessional over the phone for no reason at all Very bad first impression of the company I ll spend my money somewhere else Very disappointing

I had to get an unabridged birth cert
I had to get an unabridged birth cert which my solicitor misplaced - to get an Irish passport Although it took 5 months to get - and 2 applications i know how hard my consultant worked to get this cert Always professional and curtious in all the e-mails i received Many thanks Cleo - your service is much appreciated and i can only highly recommend DocAssist to anyone needing certs from Home Affairs Take care and God bless
