Alibaba and 40 thieves business

We order a complete bathroom with a mirror The day of picking our bathroom wash sink the it was not there because they broke it They say they will order a new one and within 3 weeks it will be delivered to us One month later no mirror alot of excuses Last week no telephone availability no emails the shop is closed Please don t buy anything or pay before you received it We have to buy another mirror somewhere else while we have paid fully in this company Why is it so difficult to help the customer who paid already because you go bankrupt and close the online shop because people still buy but you don t deliver
