1 hour between starter and mainWe dined in the Bury St Edmunds restaurant on 5th November Staff were really nice but woefully unaware of the issues My guess is that they are used to the delays While we waited the restaurant was churning out take away I suspect that that is part of the problem When we got the pizzas they were watery rushed through the oven I ordered The fishy one it was supposed to have fresh anchovies They looked and tasted like sardines Again I assume it was not in the oven long enough We ate with our two children 1 Garlic Bread 1 deconstructed pile of bruschetta topping four pizzas two soft drinks and two small glasses of wine came to 80 It was to say the least disappointing We had been wanting to try Dough Co since they opened Tried it now Probably won t be rushing back

First visit Had to eat with my coat on Cold building Food could be good Do we need the overpowering music Owner needs to look at how others do it ie ask prezzo Shame as nice ambience Do better if nearer the town

Highly disappointing I found pepperoni on my vegetarian pizza and even after politely calling to highlight their mistake I am still yet to receive a refund and it has been a week Edited - this review is for the for the Milton Keynes branch

Sadly I cannot tell you about the pizza as I ordered take away as I have small kids and it wasntbmy choice but they wanted to try dough and Co The guybi ordered from was grumpy and asked me to wait while he went off and did something I ordered and it seemed that what I wanted just wasn t good enough 2 pizzas and was met with is that it I was told it would be 20 minutes On my return 23 minutes later I was told that the oven wasn t working but if I waited a further 30 minutes I could have my pizzas Wtaf Couldn t care didn t care won t be returning Come back pizza hut FYI If your ovens not working dont take orders and if its working why does ot go from 20 minutes to half an hour I smell bull

3 9 Stars on their web site Have the staff been posting reviews because from my experience I can t believe I am the only person who had to endure such a bad pizza I booked a table at the Frome branch at 8pm for me and my son and we arrived a little before to the empty restaurant The young lady directed us to a table but honestly we could have sat anywhere The drinks menu had very limited choice and apparently just about every drink comes in a very small bottle draught cider on the menu - bottled diet coke - bottled beer - bottled We ordered a couple of bottles of diet coke and some tap water We ordered the Fine Italian Meat Charcuterie to share which wasn t entirely bad other than the very under cooked Seasoned Flatbread Maybe someone forgot to stoke the wood fired oven I also ordered the spaghetti It isn t something I would normally order because I eat tons of homemade spaghetti and I am invariably disappointed with restaurant spaghetti - but I was curious You know what they say about curiosity however The spaghetti dish according to the menu - Spaghetti DOUGH co Tomato Sauce Red Onion Chilli Bacon Well whatever it said is NOT what I was served The spaghetti had been broken in half because presumably the chef couldn t be bothered to get out the big pan The sauce was pretty much half a tin of chopped tomatoes with some chopped ham thrown in and virtually no seasoning Not a hint of red onion or chilli BLAND BLAND BLAND I asked for some parmesan but I was told that it only came in a block and the server didn t have a grater I sent the young lady to the kitchen and she returned with a very small portion of grated cheese in what looked like a finger bowel It served to remind me why I never order the pasta when eating out And onto to the pizza Here s a tip guys to bake wood fired pizza you first need to make sure the oven is very hot - turning the pizza round and round to try and get it to cook merely only blackens the outside edge Our undercooked pizza arrived again very very bland We both ordered The High Protein One Tomato Base Sauce Fior Di Latte Mozzarella Italian Ham Pepperoni Chicken Breast An absolute disappointment There was no colour to the bread or the cheese the chicken turned out to be just slices of chicken breast thrown on top No seasoning NO TASTE The trouble with being British is we never sent this junk back As pizza goes I cannot recall ever having such a bad pizza So that was it Very disappointing and you know what they say Catch me once shame on you Catch me twice shame on me - there will not be a second time and no wonder the place was empty We should have taken the hint and gone to the KFC next door - the same rubbish but a third of the price Oh yes the price 58 90 Shame on you

The waiter was rude and thought he was funny saying no when I asked can I have some dips The pizza was so over-spiced that me and the other boy were really struggling to eat it The pizza was not the best burnt at the bottom The service was so slow for an empty restaurant

Arrived this evening as I was working in the area I was literally sat on my own for the first 10 minutes The waitress was cheerful enough but I got the impression she hadn t been in the job long Starter ordered was Halloumi fries when these appeared they were more like mozzarella dippers from a well know fast food outlet Next up was main course Old English burger with dirty fries the burger in itself was ok and just ok The dirty fries were thin frozen fries with a few bits of cut up bacon followed buy a drizzle of cheese sauce you would think this had been put together by an enthusiastic 8 year old The waitress did enquire if my food was ok I didn t respond and asked only for the bill Personally I expected a lot more from this place but now having been I know not to return

Huntingdon Branch service is shockingly terrible Waited nearly 2 hours to be rung and told they had run out of certain ingredients so couldn t fulfil our order The reviews on just eat echo their bad service and delivery times What is wrong with restaurants that can t fulfil orders Understand you capacity better Never using them again

Delivered 40mins after estimated delivery time of 60mins One sauce had spilled into the bag leaving an empty pot and a big mess Gluten free garlic bread ordered charged 3 50 EXTRA to have it gluten free absolute disgrace and normal one delivered which I started to eat then realised it didn t feel right Toppings def not as generous as they used to be some absent 76 75 for 3 pizza s 1 garlic bread and 2 small bowl salads plus a bottle of coke and that was using a deal Just under 6 charged for delivery with options to tip the driver on top suggest paying driver the charge no tip would be required or suggested as they would be properly paid for the job they are doing People vote with their feet and if you charge top dollar then I suggest you make sure you deliver a better experience than the rest I will not be back and will not recommend despite being a regular user with friends previously Oh disclaimer on website says they cannot guarantee gluten free if you send it on the wrong base that is guaranteed Thanks for not taking care with peoples health and well-being Also if you cannot guarantee not contaminating with gluten how can you do that with vegan vegetarian raw cooked chicken fish Not a good indicator at all This place has definitely lost its way
