ebookers customer service is excellent
I made a reservation for my holiday on 05 10 2015 As a package to go to New York on 16 11 2015 But unfortunately I found my name was putted wrong and called ebookers directly It was a package so it was needed to cancel whole flight hotel reservation However my consultant Angelica the man whom I spoke with at 20 00 pm on 05 10 2015 I am so sorry I couldn t remember his name They were so committed and were willing to work out for the cancellation rebooking They even called the hotel in New York which I made a reservation for me to cancel the reservation I am very grateful what they have done and how they supported me I was so impressed by their great cooperation Otherwise I couldn t make it Thanks a lot for your great support and I am sure I will remain a big fan of ebookers forever Sincerely Sujin Lee
