BA fiasco- fantastic customer service

We were family of 3 adults plus 1 child were affected by the BA fiasco on 27 5 17 We were supposed to be flying out to NYC We had got to boarding stage when BA cancelled our flights We rang ebookers for advice and was met by a friendly Indian lady who DID know what to do Within 22 hours out NYC hotel money was back in our account We have had to ring again but they were still awaiting confirmation of cancellation from BA Within 24 hours after 2nd conversation we have an email detailing amount they giving back n it s on it s way to our account we had already took part of our journey Wonderful customer service both times we rang No problems at all We WILL be booking through ebookers again

Quick and easy car rental

I found that it is much cheaper to rent a car with EBookers rather than the car rental companies themselves because of the cost of insurance which in my case was half the price

Very good One problem is that to check what you have entered you click on back up and it erases everything Just before paying you should be able to verify all the entries
