I bought a set of 6 Le Creuset stoneware bowls on offer at a good price They were dispatched very quickly and delivered on time by DPD the next day They were wrapped extremely securely and arrived in their original packaging without a scratch

First class after sales service
Ordered a Kitchenaid coffee grinder at a very good price from Dawsons ecookshop Arrived very quickly Unfortunately it developed a fault after 2 weeks - not the retailers fault Yesterday I spent 40 minutes on hold to kitchenaid before anybody answered the phone Only for the very disinterested agent to suggest I try things that I d already googled with no result AND already told him that I d tried He suggested I contact the retailer With a heavy heart I called Dawsons My call was answered in seconds by a very polite operative I explained the issue and without question he apologised ordered a replacement explained about collection and emailed me the free returns label The new grinder is out for delivery today Absolutely superb service and I will definitely be purchasing from them again
