Poor disgusting and appalling

Extreme poor service Booked an appointment only to be told it won t be going ahead as it was an nhs appointment The practice manager was extremely rude and I left the dentist after taking the afternoon off especially The dentist could ve easily carried out my appointment but didn t as it was NHS which was booked through their portal which the practice manager blamed as insufficient Charlie the dentist called me and blamed me so I said I was reporting it to the ombudsman and I was given a load of abuse and was told they would call the police on me It s an absolute disgraceful practice - people inside were complaining about the cost and other things when I was sitting waiting

5 star all around Great service and staff Dr Charlie does a great job Very accurate The clinic is very modern and clean The best is that the dental chair has a tv setup so you can watch Youtube during your treatment Relaxing for once in a dental chair

Absolutely AMAZING service

Absolutely AMAZING service During these circumstances COVID-19 it is a challenge to find a dentist The clinic being available on Whatsapp 24 7 really helped when I had an excruciating pain and swollen face on Friday night Although not being able to see me face to face they really went out of their way to help me and reassure me and arranging a pharmacy in my area to give me a prescription Also they did not charge a dime for doing all this Thank you Ego Dental Hopefully when all this has blown over we will be seeing each other in person THANK YOU

I had to have an emergency treatment for a broken tooth I cannot recommend this practice Enough I hardly felt the injection and they were so friendly highly professional throughout the whole process Even though I was doubled booked by mistake they still sorted me out quickly and efficiently V modem clean premises Many thanks from a grateful patient

I was visiting London and the two

I was visiting London and the two nights before I was due to travel onto Amsterdam my crown on my back molar came off while I was flossing Losing a crown is an uncomfortable feeling It was Sunday night and I searched for an emergency dental clinic I found EGO Dental Clinic and it was close to my hotel Monday morning I called and the receptionist immediately booked me for an appointment Very kind and helpful I saw Dr Charlie Attariani who quickly assessed the problem - fortunately I had my crown with me He showed me the possible reason for the failure and cemented the crown back in perfectly He is professional and efficient As well he gave me tips on how to care for the crowns by not flossing but using Bristles and Filament to clean better between teeth Dr Attariani saved my holiday from being a bad to an exceptional one I can not express enough my gratitude ThanksBruno PiconeCalgary Canada
