Adin was of tremendous help when I got the usual nebulous response back from Microsoft when I checked if the key I was sent was valid Finally got me a download site that worked and loaded my machine with no errors Great customer service and very attentive to details

Eksoftware s Microsoft Office 2021 is great

I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 Home Student Mac on 1 25 22 the Chat service from Eksoftware was excellent and the price is very good I got the product within 30 minutes installation was a breeze no problem at all This is the first time I have install Microsoft Office on my MacBook Pro I love it I have been using Microsoft Office on PC for decades but I am new to a Mac It is a seamless transition to Mac Now I do not need to use LibreOffice any more

The prices seemed to good to be true I was in a tough spot at 11 15pm PST The website said instantaneous download and I was skeptical I ordered and although it took 15 minutes to get our key they actually had 24 7 chat available --- I AM SO IMPRESSED I will be buying all my company s software here going forward YOU GUYS ARE LIFE SAVERS

I had spent 160 on new software When I followed the instructions and hit the install button it then went on an hour upon hour of circling with no result I reached out to him because I was worried that I might not be able to get to someone but I wouldnt get my software Paul reassured me in his email and game me the correct resolution I am up and running Thank you
