My experience of Erdem was great

My experience of Erdem was great The hospital was clean and every staff member I came across was very pleasant I had gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Ali who was fabulous Any questions were answered pre and post surgery Mohammed our interpreter was just amazing too he went above and beyond for me Such a lovely man made us feel very comfortable and calm Also all the nurses on the ward were great they were so attentive Every time we called for them they were there Every so many hours they were in checking our blood pressure etc such lovely women Amazing care thank you all Louise

From the moment I contacted my coordinator Ikram everything ran smoothly She answered all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease I was picked up from the airport in a fabulous VW T5 transporter the driver was lovely and took us to the hospital All the relevant checks were done including the camera to make sure nothing was wrong not all hospitals do this My translator Sho was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly all the way through Dr Adem Topaloglu performed the gastric sleeve perfect This guy probably saved my life as I was heading for a heart attack or a stroke 12 months on I ve lost 8 and half stone and I m the fittest I ve ever been Everything was just spot on and very very clean It s not a little clinic on a back street it s a major hospital And for those who are questioning if you had this procedure at home private on the nhs they have No emergency facilities so if anything goes wrong they have to move you to a NHS hospital At Erdem they have everything there should anything go wrong My personal experience was amazing and all the staff were friendly from the cleaners nurses and doctors I also had a reaction to the anesthetic I do at home it s nothing new but the nurses were so efficient especially Jem I wouldn t have got the same level of care at home So Erdem Dr Adem Ikram Sho and all the other staff Thank you

My experience in Erdem Clinic was wonderful I came here for a hair implant I talked to Mr spir and Mrs Ileana and they helped me quickly The operation succeded and now I wait for good results I recommend this clinic

Just came back from Turkey - Erdem Dental and can not recommend them enough the whole team especially Dr Gunay and the lovely translator Kaan were so welcoming and friendly and really put me at ease and looked after not only me but my mum who travelled with me I am so happy with my new teeth thank you so much xx

I had a gastricsleeve back in November 2022 with Dr adem I m down 7 and half stone had such a grate experience translator shohreh was amazing hospital was nice and clean nurses done the jobs they needed but didn t bother you unless needed them I m coming back in June for plastic surgery with g khan semerci and hope my experience will be 5 again thank you
