Esso is the most unreliable fuel station you may encounter all time and getting steadily worse After my last experiences I will avoid it at all costs They are ridiculously more expensive than all other stations and prices are generally not listed on entries If there is price list they also often charge more than their listing today bought fuel in Esso Trittenheim listing was 1 85 charged was 1 94 The colors on fuel guns are not always standard The cashiers also serve-cook food and you may wait up to half an hour to pay

Appallingly rude staff at Esso in Peacehaven South Coast Rd They provide a Collect Plus parcel drop off service however the member of staff flat out refused to scan the bar code telling me that wasn t the label I asked you do Collect Plus here the person behind the till replied with yes but that s not the label it won t scan It says Collect Plus on the label your employee has just confirmed they offer Collect Plus services there so what s the problem Won t be using this petrol station anymore if this is the type of behaviour I can expect

Pathetic customer service by the rude salesman

Just been there at Esso fuel station on Princes Road Chelmsford few hours earlier and been dealt very unprofessionally by this unhappy asian salesman at the till Have seen him earlier also Never found him in a mood of giving good customer service My colleague asked about the toilets and got completely ignored by him He is supposed to guide his or Esso s customers with their needs but his bad behaviour is opposite of what is expected out of companies like this He definitely needs to learn good customer service and better communication skills He lied to me about the change and then produced coins when I said keep the merchandise and return money He was also unaware of refund processing Super pathetic and unruly salesman Esso Do something about it a very bad word of mouth is expected to go around He must be having a bad time in life but request him not to take it out on your customers

Esso Horley parking charge

Used Esso garage to wash my car on 30th Nov Vacuumed and washed inside and out I got myself a coffee and a roll from greggs parked up when a space came free and consumed my food and drink Astounded to receive a parking notice for being 2 mins over a 30 min window I thought the cameras were for security not to catch and fine motorists Will be popping in on Monday to discuss with the service station If this is not resolved to my satisfaction then I will never use Esso or Greggs again Its that simple

Hello My name is FER AT BALA was on vacation in norway I rent an car at airport and before i take it back i fuel it at forus esso fuelstation Stavanger I d payed with my credit card I fueld 6 3 liter for 150 kr But from bank account it s been take an amount near 3000 NOK t s near 10 days I didnt get my bank on account I write many times no one is giving an clear answer

They sell gift cards without verifying the cards are fraud and do not provide compensation when proved Gives a lame excuse so as not to give and make sure the condition s cannot be fulfilled

Always randomly closes

ESSO Petrol Station Totton nr Southampton Next to ASDA I have complained to you Esso via your online complaints You haven t responded or even acknowledged this complaint So via this forum I again ask you to provide an explanation as to why this Petrol Station next to Asda in Totton that is meant to be open 24 hours randomly and inexplicitly closes typically at busy evening times The past 3 months I have left Asda or driven through with the sole purpose of getting petrol Between the times of 1730 and 2000 weekdays or weekends it is just closed Over a dozen times It will be closed over 30mins There is no reason whatsoever It states clearly it is open 24 hours and I would understand it being temporarily closed due to a tanker delivering fuel It just is closed This is not acceptable especially by a busy supermarket when it is the only petrol station nearby It is very frustrating So on the basis you have thus far failed to make any effort contacting me I ask in this open forum for an explanation as to a why it randomly closes and b if this will continue to offer a decent level of customer service by providing accurate times of opening closing Secondly when they close the entrance with traffic cones its done in a way a car turning in has no visibility There will be an accident where a car turning will have to make an emergency stop and be rear shunted This needs addressing As ASDA is also associated with you I wonder if they are aware of this
