APPALLING APP

APPALLING APP Makes you enter far too much personal information then sends you in circles to register before re-entering all your info again You will be unable to download a receipt due to a glitch so take screenshots of everything you do Park anywhere else if you can I had no choice as I was rushing to a business meeting I won t be surprised if I get a penalty fine tbh as I don t trust this site one bit

Shockingly bad app end up in a password reset loop Hasn t really worked since changed from PBP

Really awful app Doesn t remember your details so you have to keep signing in no reminders for when your parking is going to run out like other apps It s really buggy sometimes Apple Pay appears sometimes it doesn t Saying you can extend your parking but I ve never successfully been able to do that whereas it s straight forward on the other main two similar apps Make sure you take a screenshot of your confirmation I have no faith in this app whatsoever particularly given others saying they ve been fined after paying

Nan Paid for parking at the hospital They issued a charge a few weeks later Had all proof that she paid and on time and correct amount She thought it was her that had issues with the appeal page not loading It wasn t it s everyone Coincidence it s only for appeals Predetory and dishonest ripping vulnerable people off Do better

Evology Autopay Caution

I am a regular user of a car park by my local station I normally pay on the day with change but decided to switch to paying online via Evology After signing up with app I noticed the Autopay feature and decided to sign up to that to save time each time I parked Ended up getting a ticket as autopay didn t work apparently it s not on every car park but nothing on the local signs or online terms and conditions states this fact I appealed but Evology not that helpful I d think twice before using their services

Parked my car Britain international London hotel went an venue after 2 hours when back at hotel can t get any parking there Even we pay for 24 hours after we speak with the receptionist they said we can get refund back if we can t get parking After the day we send them email and after 3 days the replied me and straight away said they can t get me refund with out any reason I am totally unhappy with the service and suggest don t use again

An absolutely disgusting and unethical company I took my daughter and sick grandson to Royal Free A and E Virtually impossible to make a payment without signing up to Evology This I did and paid for two hours receiving an acknowledgement I then had to extend parking as the department was very busy Now I receive a 100 fine for not having paid for the first two hours Guess what Evology don t want anything to do with this and tell me to contact the parking operator Point of information Evology is the trading name of Parking Eye the operator Sickening experience designed to exploit people who take family members to an emergency hospital department Evology personnel are lucky They will never have any heart problems I have complained to the NHS Trust who employs this unprincipled company and suggest others do the same

Entered the parking site in Preston and was unable to locate site Entered the code reset my phone turned my internet off and on and still didn t find it 10 mins I tried and moved to another parking site I ve now been sent a 60 fine for the 10 mins I spent trying to pay for parking
