My experience below 0 I ordered small thing for a car and never received it Tracking shows that parcel has been delivered but even on my doorbell footage not activities that day I sent several email to support but answer was same your parcel has been delivered to you I have another order with them which coasted me almost 65 hope I will receive it Worse experience in my life

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service from this company I ordered a car accessory for my daughter and i have not yet received it and that will be over 3 weeks now No tracking details i have been intouch with the company and they cannot help with tracking details either Its all very unprofessional they werr quick enough to take payment for the item out of my account Lets see if they can be prompt at refunding Unfortunately i very much doubt it

Ordered 2 small car accessories for Xmas One was wrong colour One was faulty They made me send back at a cost to myself of 7 50 despite being not my fault It was then returned to me as no such address I m suspecting a fraudulent company Luckily I got a refund as paid through PayPal but it took a fight even with PayPal as I still had to pay postage A hassle that really isn t worth it Cheaply made Chinese items

If I could give 0 stars I would Do not buy from them I got overcharged more money was taken from my account than my actual order and email order confirmation There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call Can customer service email doesn t exist I m changing my bank card today

Waste of money

I bought two grips to get hot bowls or trays out of the oven and the first time I used them the plastic melted onto the tray Total waste of money

I ordered 2 grips for use with ovenware

I ordered 2 grips plastic scissorlike action for lifting hot bowls out of oven microwave airfryer - seemed great idea but never received them System shows delivery failed on a day when we were home all day and then gave me the phone number for Royal Mail who can t help without their tracking number Tried contacting Explicitin but to no avail - just kept saying to check messages which then sent me back to the RM number

Paid but no good sent

I would give -1 company taken my payment and not sent good Have emailed several times and nobody gets back to me Give me a refund I m fed up of this very very poor services Do not bother ordering from these cowboys

Overcharge

Ordered the hot bowl clips 25 august for 10 98 incl postage arrived 7th Sept Just checked my bank account Charged 13 18 20 overcharge First and last time Wife actually ordered them On my laptop this company is banned i e not a reputable site
