nightmare of a company

I had to give it one star just to be able to write this review I ordered 4 security cameras Didn t know that my wifi would be unable to be adjusted to be compatible with the cameras I ve been trying to return these cameras for weeks now with no success I email them several times a week and get no return info at all This company is a nightmare

Snail mail approximately 8 weeks to arrive for sleep patch which weighs next to nothing to post and mail goes around the US for weeks according to tracking not sure why it doesn t go directly to Australia 2nd order as I wanted to try again and was heavily discounted and patches appear to be placebo and doesn t work at all for me Still waiting for 2nd delivery going on nearly 9 weeks
