Had some issues but They helped me out

I have been trying to get in contact with someone regarding my order on instagram and the email as they left my parcel outside while I wasn t in And I m not getting a reply unfortunately Edit 10th April 2024 a member reached out via instagram when I asked for help Sent out the exact order next day I ve gotten the order today Incredibly grateful to the team for helping me out so quickly and the goods are good Thanks Factory weights

Don t bother to go anywhere else

Opened my first small training facility in April I had ordered from a few various places and the service I received for Factory Weights was second to none If it wasn t for factory weights customer service then it would ve been a lot more stressful opening my own place I can t recommend them enough I wouldn t bother going anywhere else Save the hassle and get everything there Kit arrived on time like it said it would great team willing to help with anything plus the kit is a great standard I would deffo recommend the gym bench upgrade Special mention to Neil - top guy

The standard of equipment and value for

The standard of equipment and value for money is fantastic I purchased the stealth cable machine which is just a brilliant piece of kit and takes up no space in my garage gym I also have dumbbells wall balls and kettlebells from FW Excellent service

Had an issue with some alignment of parts but Craig and the team were really quick to respond and provide a solution I wasn t expecting Everything I had ordered so far has been of a high standard and is sent and received extremely quickly Thanks again to the team

Incredible quality

Excellent equipment only bettered by their awesome customer service Purchased a lot of equipment for a strongman competition and the quality is up there with the more expensive brands without the price tag Thank you to the FW team

Studio opening

I came to factory weights when I was ready to open my own studio I didn t really know what I was doing or even what I wanted but they gave me really solid advice and helped make my dream a reality cheesy but true They delivered and installed my whole gym and were great to work with Rapid turnaround time also between when I walked in and got the gym up and running My business is doing so well I came back a few months later and got some more racks and storage kit from them and again the customer service and product advice was spot on I d recommend Factory Weights to anyone and intend to come back in the future for any further expansion Cheers to Neil Craig and the install team you guys rock

Close to perfect but I d still give 5 stars

I was a pt for 10 years and have only 3 things to say the equipment is well made and priced only slight negative comment is im surprised the Olympic bar came without collers I was fortunate I bought a ez bar that did though its a little annoying changing them on supersets
