Ik heb in september een jas besteld Het kwam 4 weken later aan Het leek in niets op het jasje op de foto Het was een dun goedkoop stuk stof De jas is zonder documenten aangekomen dus retourneren was niet mogelijk Om het te retourneren moet je de klantenservice mailen voor het retouradres Ik heb de klantenservice vier keer gemaild en ze hebben niet geantwoord Ik zit opgescheept met iets dat ik nooit zal dragen en ben 50 kwijtgeraakt I ordered a jacket in September It arrived 4 weeks later It looked nothing like the jacket in the photograph It was a thin cheap piece of material The jacket arrived with no documents so it was not possible to return it To return it you have to email customer services for the return address I have emailed customer services four times and they have not replied I am stuck with a something I will never wear and have lost 50

Been waiting Over a month for my package They replied on trustpilot and emailed saying they wil refund me All just lies I will be reporting them to the police Order 12399 and 12400 I wont let this go even if it costs me a fortune Scam scam scam scam scam

Worst company ever - it s a fraud

The worst company I have ever dealt in 40 years of my life The client service is basically a pure LIE they are careless of their products and of their clients I bought a jacket via INSTAGRAM advertising when arrived it didn t reflect at all the product I was expecting in terms of quality and look I kindly asked the same evening to be refund and they got back to me 2 weeks later after i sent 3 messages more They said will give me 10 discount and keep the jacket but the quality was so bad that I didn t want it so I kept asking my money back and they didn t give a damn basically They got back to me later offering me a discount of 25 and keep the jacket Once again I told her in my rights I want my money back and they never answered again It s now 2 months
