Worst delivery service

If I could give this company zero stars I would this company is absolute crappola They lie and say they tried to deliver when you have been home waiting all day Then they take it to some holding place and they dont tell you which one or send the SMS code to retrieve it When you try to make an account with their app- it only wants a ROMANIAN phone number on your account they supposedly ship EU wide So you cant enter your phone number for them to call if you dont have a romanian number- it rejects all phone numbers I wish the Czech Republic and Amazon Germany would stop using them or allowing sellers to use them It has always been nothing but trouble with them You have to do a scavenger hunt each time call Romania no one can speak English and then you get billed 10 or more for each call because they put you on hold and still cant help if and when they ever do answer I hate this company with all my heart

Poor customer service

I have been waiting for exactly one week for this company to come pick up a package that I should have sent then The employees working in customer service do not understand punctuality and the time concept at all Quite immature and unprofessional behavior

They told me they ll deliver my package

Just don t Shameful Amazon is still using this entity for non deliveries in Czechia after years of complaints and bad reviews Difficult to see the commercial logic behind having your orders systematically sent back without even an attempt at delivery After a long absence I gave Amazon a last try and they failed spectacularly after contacting their customer service 3 times in a row and after that Amazon replaced by themselves the order that had already been returned on the day of first notification the replacement items themselves suffered the same fate a few days later Is there no more control of unruly business practices in the EU Hello Brussels

They destroyed my parcel

Not the first issue just the most recent one I just picked up a package I ordered a month ago Yesterday I received a text message saying that they tried delivering it at my address and I should go pick it up at their warehouse Nobody tried sh t I happened to be home at that time No text no phone call no door bell ringing Also I ordered that package to arrive at a FANBOX so why did they even try to deliver it at my home address to begin with If you re gonna lie to your customers at least try to make it believable From now on every time i ll order something online I ll make sure I check which delivery company they use If they work with Fan Courier i ll just buy it someplace else Never had this problem with other delivery companies which is why it s so goddamn frustrating Get your sh t together if others can so can you
