Get your US Company really easy
Reading posts about the opening company in the US and a lot of issues made me think should I do it When I check Firstbase io I read a lot of about them and wanted to try them Sign-up was easy and the entire process totally automated After some days I get my Certificate of Incorporation and then another document On the website there is a note that you need to wait 20-40 working days to get EIN - tax Number but I get faster so congrats First base for great product and support

Firstbase is an amazing service As a former LegalZoom customer for a few years I heavily HEAVILY appreciate how every part of the process on firstbase is made simple and automated They guide you through the entire process and tell you everything you need to do LegalZoom despite being a huge and very popular service apparently gives very little guidance and I became confused as a first time incorporator Though I was more experienced when I used firebase it s still significantly easier I ve already recommended them to more people although I don t know many other people incorporating They also have a Carta integration which I haven t used yet but will soon
