I m moving currently which is not an excellent time for a website in transition to start producing fatal errors It doesn t look great for business and everyone under that umbrella To make matters worse it can feel like everything is out of your control when simple fixes aren t working I d reached this point when I decided to contact the Fixed team I was lucky enough to work with Rossy who was kind patient and above all else thorough and transparent as she discovered the root cause of my site s troubles a plugin unrelated to several recent changes I m not a full-time developer but this wasn t my first rodeo either It helps to have a second set of eyes combing your site for issues I highly recommend subscribing to Fixed net and I would gladly work with Rossy again any day of the week

I received great help from Unggul My website was completely broken and wouldn t load anything properly Not only did they work a miracle and get my website back up they also did some extra optimizations that would help my website perform even better than it was I was so scared and hopeless and depressed when dealing with my technical issues I wasn t sure they d truly be able to fix my issue But after going back and forth with them for a bit the problem was eventually solved which is the biggest part that matters in the end I will now absolutely be working with Fixed in the future

I was having an issue with redirects on my WordPress site home page I worked with Sabrina and she was able to troubleshoot and resolve my issue in 2 hours even though it was complex and involved Azure Front Door If I have another issue I will start with fixed net before burning hours of time

I was in a desperate situation my business website suddenly stopped working on mobile and I had already spent five days working with agents from my hosting company who were unable to help me I decided to look for outside help and found Fixed net Even though my site was created with Dreamweaver not Wordpress Unggul offered to try and help me anyway I am so grateful to Unggul He was able to diagnose and fix the problem Crying tears of joy and relief right now So grateful
