If I could I would rate it zero I was forced this card by Brick store as I was buying some furniture with deferred payments I was paying monthly installments but noticed that they were charging me interests and deferred payment charges Then I dug further and found that they are sending you notice of payment is overdue not before If I could I would take them to court and put them behind bars Petty thieves Shame on this Toronto company Boycott both Bricks and Flexiti both are thugs

Be careful with Flexiti They have a lot of hidden fees and some of the worst customer service representatives who argue with customers instead of listening to understand They may have you subscribe to insurance without your knowledge and when you complain about it they will refer you to another company while continuing to charge interest on insurance you may not even be aware of Very dishonest and a rip-off Avoid them at all costs

I was told i would not pay interest as long as my payments stayed current I never missed even a single payment nor was i late They charged 100s in interest each month on 3500 When i called them to see why ibwas being charged interest i qas told i aggreed to Which i did not These guys commit fraud with impunity Do not go near the crooks They will also charge low monimum payments so if you dont pay more than the minimum your debt principal will rise which is illegal in canada Call your MP Call the ombudsman Call the police Let s stop these fraudsters

Was paying my bill it never went lower I called in to ask why they told me the money goes towards what needs to be paid off first I looked nope the amount owing what s what was owing 6 months ago I asked about it they said they d look into it Few months later still no change same amount owing on everything Finally I told them I m not making any payments till my amount owing is updated they would call me to remind me I haven t paid I d tell them the same thing Nothing ever was updated It s now in collections I owe more than what I was allowed to borrow and not a dent was ever made in even the first item I bought
