Got one of those free packs advertised

Got one of those free packs advertised om social media having to pay postage took money from Account about a week ago still nothing received or communication believe this is because I read small print and opted out of the subscription there a scam company preying on people on social media Update contacted with a generic email details incorrect because I read the fine print I did not get scammed by there hidden subscriptions but postage fee still taken and false advertising of products if postage fee paid dis not receive further update even though I opted out of and never subscription then took it anyway so far taken something I opted out for and a postage fee and falsely advertised free products would be sent and will be reported to the bank as fraud as I have picture of being opted out before continuing further update now saying I will only be refunded after they still took money from my account without my consent if I delete review will be escalating to my banks fraud team to resolve matter
