Credit card companies need to act

I ordered on 12 August - every chase email has been answered with Please wait 10 business days Nothing has arrived and judging by the other customers who have been scammed surely it is time for the credit card providers to refuse payments I think we need to lobby for this I know that I will never see the goods this company is using our money

I ve order twice on Freealo total spend 120 I ve emailed them asking when they going to send my items I ve order got a emailed back stating that cause of demand on there products they said it would take up to 10 to 20 working days I m still emailing them for updates on my orders I m hoping this wasn t true but if it is then I ve been scammed I hope to hear from Freealo soon please contact me What can I really do when it s from a different country Auckland New Zealand

I have been waiting going on 3 months for my clothes I purchased from FreeAlo Vukzon on June 7 2022 No tracking number order status or any update on what has happen I asked for refund and was denied because I would get my stuff before the refund Funny thing if the check was cut or crediting my money All I have been Is a computer generated email I want to actually talk to a human I am so very upset and very anger I will keep on sending email or leaving reviews everywhere I feel fit I want some real life action happening
