I ordered some bits that were later discovered to be out of stock I initailly wanted to wait but circumstances changed and I had to cancel a week later My order was refunded in full with no quibbles Would recommend Frost to anyone

Excellent Service as Usual
I have ordered products from Frost on a number of occasions now and every time they have been dispatched and delivered very speedily I have never had a problem with any of the products and would have no problem in recommending Frost Auto Restoration

The Worlds Best Customer Service
Purchased an Eastwood 200 ac dc Tig welder The item arrived very well packed and speedily Unfortunately the unit had a manufacturing fault and would not work at all Customer services arranged collection and replacement for the very next day The replacement worked brilliantly except for a manufacturing defect with the foot pedal control Again customer serviced arranged a replacement foot pedal for the next day I received excellent customer service from Frost Auto Restoration which I cannot praise enough The Eastwood welder is totally brilliant and produces excellent controllable welds on Aluminium Stainless and Mild steel so far I will be looking to purchasing from Frost Auto Restoration again in the future and can recommend them to anyone At last customer service how it should be done First class Chris L

Great and huge help
E mailed them for help on painting my underside of my car quick reply breaking everything down for me pointing me to how to guides as well ordered the products and came very quickly

Cannot find fault
This was my first time buying through frosts website as I used to use their cataloques The transaction went smoothly and my nenettol fluid arrived within the week I will be buying more of this product in the future I have brought plenty of thing from Frost over the years and there has never been any problem

I regularly buy bits and pieces from Frost Their response is always very prompt A while back I bought a reverse bleeder kit This was absolutely useless and did not work There was no problem in returning it and getting my money back
