Horribly slow shipping - beware

My son loves the products but the shipping is ridiculous We ordered 2 sweatshirts and 2 sweatpants on Nov 23 and as of today Dec 23 we are still waiting for our delivery These were supposed to be Xmas gifts and I thought 30 days was enough time as I ve never waited longer for a delivery Very disappointing and very disappointing for my son who was excited to get these

It s been over a year since I purchased

It s been over a year since I purchased four t shirts and a hoodie Never received anything Full Send pretty much told me to get f ed and of course I can t chargeback because its past 90 days and it takes these f s 3 months to ship an item F these loser scammers Now they have the infamous Shady brothers managing them

This stuff is crap

This stuff is crap I ve never even placed an order but they take 20 a month out of my account and I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out what s going on Sent email but address does not exist I ve called but never anyone available I ve left messages and never get call back I ve canceled my card and got new one but they still managed to take 20 a month from my account I m so pissed about this company whatever the hell it is grrrrr

Bad customer service

Ordered my package a month ago Just received a message saying i have to Pay extra for the import This item now costs me 90 USD and judging from the other reviews i can tell it s propably 90 dollars too much Very dissapointed

Absolutely Terrible

Absolutely terrible Placed order on October 4th and did not receive a confirmation or tracking information or anything sent email asking about tracking December 19th and they send some order number but no tracking Tried to get status of order December 22nd and got the exact same email must have been automated Asked for a refund December 26th as Christmas had already passed so I got another gift Received nothing back until 2 days later I got a notification that a shipping label had been created Received my item the next day Terrible company do not ever buy from them if you expect your items in a timely manner or any customer service whatsoever

Normally I wouldn t write a review No matter what product I buy however this time I see it as my duty to tell any potential customers about the quality of the t-Shirt I ordered I don t wanna complain about the shipping which took overall 5 weeks US to Germany since that topic was address by many other customers I wanna focus on the more than poor quality of the Shirt I have never in my entire life had bought a t shirt all in approx 50 That felt and looks so unbelievably cheap It itches you can feel it s roughness when you touch it with your fingers you can even see the poor quality Shame on you to sell something which probably costs around 1 in production cost in Honduras and then sell it You could almost call it a scam

Absolutely terrible They lost my order in the post after I paying 20 euro for shipping I got my refund with a 10 dollar gift card but it was useless to me as it didn t cover my shipping costs of 20 so I still lost money Customer service was terrible my emails got ignored multiple times when I asked could something else be sent out instead Absolutely disgusted and will never purchase from them again I had also informed them more than once I never received my item and they told me to wait They should have been more organized and sent out something in replace of the tshirt

This company is garbage They took 6 weeks to ship a tshirt to my son then they ship a small when we ordered a XL and when I email them they basically said I m beat Only after I explained I run a YouTube channel that reviews high end clothing brands and my 1 2M subscribers will love to hear about this do they say ok we ll give you a credit I said ok that works My son puts in another order for another t-shirt we wait another 4 weeks and low and behold WRONG SIZE AGAIN This time a 2XL instead of a XL I ve ordered from alot of limited drops and have never had issues like i have with Nelk Their shipping waits customer service and the dummys putting together orders all suck
