Charlie here from Bedrock ComputersWe ve been working with Guy since February and in this small time frame we have saved an entire admin salary in automating remedial repetitive tasks Not only this but GDH automations have reduced the risk of human error and some automations have actually increased the quality of our existing process by taking advantage of adding steps without the time-tax Guy and I both have the philosophy that to save time you have to invest time and although Guy only needs a small fraction of your time to work with you to create solutions spending this time is well worth it whilst he does the hard work It s a versatile process and the limits to what can be automated are endless These are examples of improvements Guy made for us - Automated our DPD label purchasing printing making sure the number and weight of parcels is correct specific to the order website sales channel API - Automatic VAT invoices to all customers website sales channel API - Automatic emails to update customers on order status and potential delay website sales channel API - Automatic packing slip printing with customer notes website sales channel API - A fully bespoke out of hours AI chatbot which is specific to giving our Gaming PC customers support a separate website implementation a big investment but easily the biggest change with the biggest impact This has saved around 12000 in staff costs since Feb Our reviews on Trustpilot and Google now refer to much better communication and professionalism as a direct result of Guy s work We will continue to work with Guy to develop and streamline our growing business further

Effective services that have made a meaningful impact
Guy has made a huge impact to my ability to scale my business as a solo business owner When I was looking to take on a staff member I found that the tasks I needed help with were menial and straightforward and had very little interest in the job role Guys automations helped me optimise my workflow automate repeat tasks and improve my customer journey Guy has created automated shipping solutions automatic order status update emails as well as backend stock and spreadsheet automations helping with cash flow Now I m saving multiple hours a day which has allowed me to work on expanding my business take on new opportunities at the same time as improving my customer journey For anyone looking to improve or optimise their existing business I can t recommend Guys services enough
