Good Would repeat

My experience was good I am a first time buyer and and my purchase took 4 months After hearing horrible stories about bad solicitors I had a very good first experience with Tibbie Tibbie was always there quick to reply and efficient when I needed her I would suggest providing buyers with next steps just for awareness or potentially provide a list with next steps on what s going to happen However I have been lucky that every time I felt lost Tibbie always informed me and kept me up to date during the whole process I would definitely use this service again I did end up paying a bit more than what I was quoted for which has nothing to do with Tibbie hence the 4 stars

Dream home

From start to finish Harron was my solicitor He explained it all in simple terms I used him to sell my house and buy the bunglow my dream home We both had a few hiccups along the way but Harron made it all possible I can t thank him and his team enough for helping me make it all possible I woukd definitely use him or his team again penny

GD LEGAL provides good services at comparatively better price They are prompt in responding to queries by email only But don t entertain or prefer to take calls which I feel they should change in their approach Overall very good and I have used them both in sale and buying services

Excellent Service for FTB

Bought my first property with complications including a rent charge Conveyancer Imogen Grosset was very helpful Always available on the phone reliable My only quibble is that some things were not quite explained correctly at the start but this was soon cleared up Imogen was also very firm in dealing with estate agent vendors on our behalf which I quite appreciated
