Honestly the best firm I ve used and I ve bought and sold many houses now however my experience wouldn t have been what it was without one particular member of staff who dealt with the sale Shahla Everything you could want from a solicitor she was always keeping me up to date whether that be via email or phone call She went above and beyond always to calm kind and reassuring I will definitely use GD solicitors again as long as I can use Shahla Thank you for everything

I cannot recommend them highly enough

I cannot recommend this company highly enough in particular Haroon who dealt with the sale of my house He always kept me updated and would chase matters without me even having to ask Easy to contact and responded really quickly to everything He took all the stress out of the process and couldn t have been more efficient and hardworking particularly when having to deal with an inefficient solicitor further down the chain I ll be back to use them for my future purchase and will recommend them to all my teaching colleagues friends and family Thank you

Great to do business with I have used this company twice One for buying and when it was time to sell I contacted them again Both occasions great service provided with great price Compare to the one one estate agent recommended this was by far cheaper Always answer every email as soon as possible I will recommend Gd properties services and will use them again when I find my next property From Isaac Boamah

We have use Tibbie Byrnes at GD Legal for 2 property sales Good communication emails were responded to within a reasonable time When I asked for advice Tibbie was very helpful The information provided about the process of buying was a little basic We were only told things if we asked This wasn t a major problem for us but could be improved The price quoted was as charged and questions I had about costs were answered to my satisfaction As GD Legal gave me a very good price I would recommend Tibbie
