For anyone who is fed-up with a lack of mindfulness and thought control
When engaging this I had a false understanding of hypno-therapy that was quickly overcome by finding a quiet undisturbed space and learning to listen and breath with intention Repetition of each session for me was key especially the initial sessions in learning to lean in be present and concentrate on hearing focusing and performing exactly what the therapist asks Learning to except and fall into the experience by teaching your mind and body the focus rhythm of breathing and being consciously present becomes easier and easier with back to back repetition I did not allow myself to progress to the next session until I got as much of the experience as possible When I fell into full relaxation breathing slowly to a point of almost an unconcious rythm and then became aware of being in control and focus of each suggested thought managing my own distracted mind and being forgiving by bringing each thought back into focus this App is the gift that keeps on giving It not only is teaching me I feel confident and ecouraged outside of the sessions Focus on repeating the initial sessions so you are fully consumed by the experience It is working well for me and I m just getting started Agaveman
