They do not recommend insurance If like me you are doing research on your OWN Instead they ask for lots of personal info and then say they ll have an insurance agent call you Thankfully I anticipated that when they wanted address and phone so I put in a zip and area code close by in case they DID list companies with info about each and random not personal info otherwise -- so they ll no doubt spam me but cannot call or stop by to try to sell to me Don t bother It seems to be a sales then esp see this after reading the previous review

If I could rate less than one star I would I m still in shock by the conversation I had with their rep They will ask for a credit card payment before providing a summary of benefits When I refused to give payment he immediately ended the call and then texted me a bunch of insults from his personal phone I m shocked Total scam company Beware

They lie and want payment info before sharing plan details
Run away if you re considering this company I was given very basic details on a plan that sounded like it could be great But I wanted everything in writing so I could review and compare the plan to other options I was told to get the details in writing I d need to apply for the plan including providing my credit card information - and I d be billed for the first month When I refused to give payment a manager got on the phone I explained that agents have always given me the information on multiple plans in writing to review He had the gall to tell me that it s illegal to do that and that I must know the agent in person and that he s risking his license to do me a favor I hung up Two minutes later another rep called me to ask if I still needed health insurance I said kindly that I did but the person I d just spoken with had refused to provide plan details in writing before I signed up and if that was their policy I wasn t interested She hung up on me Don t waste your time with them

Harassment
I simply wanted to look online at different health care options After submitting info I began to get phone call after phone call I had and still have my phone on silent It s harassment I ve asked to be put on a do not call list and still getting calls starting before 9am I told them I do need coverage and a representative told me if I need coverage U have to speak to an agent I told him I d rather not have coverage after dealing with the harassment and he began yelling

I was hoping for some basic information and made the mistake of putting in my phone number for a quote The next day the calls started at 6am I was getting ready for work and did not answer The next time I looked at my phone it was half an hour later and I had seven missed calls I hate getting spammed like that so I didn t answer Then I kept getting call after call I finally answered and told them I didn t appreciate being harassed and would like to be removed from the call list Well I stopped getting text messages but the calls only slowed didn t stop From different numbers too so I wouldn t be surprised if my number was sold to other groups I definitely wouldn t recommend this company even for basic info
