False advertising

I received my item and it didn t look like the picture that was displayed on the website The item was poorly made I emailed you guys asking for a refund as I did not want the item I understand that it is costume and can not be resold but I would have liked a full refund like it is stated in your return policy

Awful from start to finish

Product was poorly made from cheap material I did not receive anything like what was pictured on the website It was hot glued together with globs at the joins and strings of hot glue hanging off all over the place The lights weren t lined up with the names so that my wife s name wasn t even lit while the lights went 4 inches past my name They offered to make another one without addressing any of the construction and material concerns but I d have to pay for shipping When I explained all the problems with it the responding email said and I quote but does it work Refering to the cheap strip of lights that were glued on in the wrong spot The only refund they were willing to give me was 1 3 of what I paid minus the cost of materials and the shipping that I paid for in the first place For 51 order I received 14 refunded for a completely unacceptable product The customer service was rude and grudging and completely unhelpful Terrible company terrible people

My order didnt come Had trouble with the company trying to find my order once they told me they had it back and i would have to pay again for transportation I asked for a refund then got told I will only get 30 back never going to shop here again since customer service was no help at all

This company is a Sham I was supposed to receive my delivery before Mother s Day a week later still have not received it and they refuse to refund my money Let s see if I ever actually get my item Do not purchase from them

Do not buy from this site its a pain to deal and they don t care

I placed my order and questioning for any information on it and no reply Then I cancel it and all of a sudden I get the reply I can t cancel yet still no info when I would receive it Now I will return it cause I didn t want it Even after I canceled it they still sent it Now I have to pay to have it returned I better get my full refund after all this Never purchasing from this site again I ve returned the package for a full refund but it s waiting in customs honestly think they gave me a wrong address on purpose It s Feb 22 2024 and still dealing with this issue Do not purchase from this website or company

Absolutely terrible item

Absolutely terrible item so cheaply made but the cost of the lamp was expensive Can all bent and when I ve asked to return the item and get a refund I ve only been offered 50 of my money back Very disappointed

Bad customer service

Bad customer service I was looking for reviews before placing my order but I couldn t find any and after I placed my order I found this website and everything the 1 star reviewers said were true I order my package and they took my PayPal shipping address which i tried to cancel my order but didn t know how to nor how to change it I sent them 2 emails after my order was placed but they never got back to me and 4 days later which will be today I sent them a total of 10-12 emails but no response Hey welfare if u are reading this I need my refund I don t need a replacement or even want the order after reading this reviewsAccidentally sent my link with order info with nothing on there but my order number is 2130069909 email is blancheasere713 gmail com phone number is 7085157187 name blanche A

I wish I could give 0 stars for this company I ordered a family tree for my Nan which not only took 2 months to come bearing in mind it was a Xmas present but once I got it in February it turned up damaged and all they can say is I ll send a new one It ruined my nans Xmas present and you should avoid this company at ALL COSTS I can t even get a refund as they won t offer it they just say they ll send a new one but I m not waiting another two months for a Xmas present for my elderly nan AVOID this company
